Instructure's customer service teams are dedicated to providing positive customer service experiences for Instructure customers. Customers are provided with a dedicated Instructure point of contact to aid in a positive relationship between customers and the Instructure team. Instructure's customer service teams are overseen by Instructure's Senior VP of Customer Experience, who is organizationally positioned to effectively carry out the responsibilities related to providing customers with positive and meaningful customer experiences.

Given that Canvas is a hosted SaaS offering, customers are responsible for only the client-side aspect of using Canvas. Canvas requires users to use a computer with up-to-date software and internet connectivity that supports the content being served by Canvas. Organisatorische Voraussetzungen zur Nutzung
Organizations using Canvas are required to identify a point of contact for Instructure's customer support team to keep in sync with at the organization. Organizations are also required identify users who will be Administrator(s) for the organization. Administrators have the ability to configure organization-level settings in the Canvas application. Canvas supports a fully documented and open REST based API which provides secure access to Canvas data and functionality. Many customers and partners utilize our open API to extend the functionalities of Canvas by enabling custom integrations with a variety of systems.

Our customer's Order Form will indicate the term of the contract. Our standard subscriptions run for 3 years, though this can vary.

Our standard Terms and Conditions provide contractual provisions regarding obligations upon termination for the material breach of the contract and/or the natural expiration of the contract. As these are business to business contracts, there is no statutory cacellation period; each party can terminate for breach of contract.
Either party may terminate this Agreement for the material breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other party if such material breach remains uncured for thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice of such breach from the non-breaching party
